Please do not return used parts, batteries or fluids as they are non-refundable.

Be sure to send incorrect parts back promptly. A processing fee of 25% will be charged for parts received 90 days after delivery (returns will not be accepted after a year from date received)..

CUBCADET.COM CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you should choose to cancel your order, please understand that our secured order system immediately begins to process your order upon placement, therefore, there is a limited amount of time that an order can be cancelled prior to shipment. Once the warehouse prints your order, it cannot be cancelled.
All backordered items can be cancelled at any time prior to being received into inventory.
CUBCADET.COM SALES TAX POLICY:
If no sales tax is charged, you are still responsible for paying the sales tax to your state where required. The purchase is not tax-exempt because it is made over the Internet or because the seller is not required to collect sales tax.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, FPO's or APO's. We are unable to take online orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Guam. If you need to place an order outside of the Contiguous U.S states, please contact us at 1-800-782-2700.
Shipments will only take place Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please refer to the dates and shipping rates listed during checkout for your expected shipment and delivery dates as well as any delivery charges.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Many truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. We suggest that you make arrangements to have extra help on hand to assist with unloading your product.

Ramps and/or unloading equipment may be necessary to have on-hand.

If the shipping company needs to make special arrangements to unload merchandise, such as lift-gate truck delivery or extra delivery personnel, it will be the responsibility of the customer to reimburse the trucking company unless otherwise noted.

Some municipalities prohibit truck freight delivery in residential areas. As a result, customers may need to arrange pick-up at the local trucking company's distribution center.

Please inspect the product carefully and thoroughly before signing the shipping receipt. Shipping damage is covered by the LTL freight company.

Your signature on the receipt is your acceptance of the merchandise. The customer must arrange all returns or exchanges of LTL freight shipments with a local carrier.
Dealer Delivery or Pick up Policy
If you have selected to have your on-line order delivered to you by your preferred dealer:
Your preferred dealer will contact you to schedule a date and time for the delivery of your order. You can expect to receive delivery of your order within 2 to 3 business days if your preferred dealer has inventory OR you can expect 8-10 days if your preferred dealer has to order the product from Cub Cadet. Deliveries will generally take place Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). However, this may vary according to the store hours of your preferred dealer.
Prior to delivery, your new Cub Cadet product will be uncrated and inspected by your preferred dealer. It will be delivered to you ready-to-use. Please plan to have someone available at the time of delivery in order to sign for the order. Your preferred dealer will take the time to review:
- Safety features
- Operating instructions
- Basic maintenance

If you have selected to pick up your on-line order from your preferred dealer:
Your preferred dealer will contact you to schedule a date and time for you to pick up your order. Order pickups will generally be available Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays) during standard business hours. However, this may vary according to the store hours of your preferred dealer.
Prior to your arrival, your new Cub Cadet product will be uncrated and inspected by your preferred dealer. The product will be ready for you to use at the time you pick it up from your preferred dealer. At the scheduled pickup time, your preferred dealer will take the time to review:
- Safety features
- Operating instructions
- Basic maintenance
Many Cub Cadet products are of sufficient size to warrant the use of a truck and trailer for pick up. It is not the responsibility of your preferred dealer to provide this equipment if you do not have it available. Your preferred dealer can arrange delivery for an additional charge if needed.
Cub Cadet and your preferred dealer are not responsible for any damages that may occur after the pickup of your order has been completed.
