What blade options are available for Cub Cadet ZT1 42E Lithium-Ion Riding Mowers?
The Cub Cadet ZT1 42E Zero-Turn Lithium-ion Electric Riding Lawn Mowers come equipped from the factory with a 3-in-1 blade (part number 742P05720) specifically designed to maximize performance and runtime. This blade can be used for side discharge, mulching or bagging.
You can also purchase two additional blades that can improve cutting performance under certain circumstances. For the best bagging and mulching performance, use the Xtreme blade (part number 742-05177A-X). This unique blade helps chop grass clippings finer than standard blades, leaving less visible clippings when mulching and allowing you to bag more if using a bagger.
The low lift blade (part number 742-05177A-L) is ideal for dry, sandy conditions. These blades are more durable than standard blades and help to limit the amount of dust raised while mowing.
NOTE: If purchasing the bagger attachment for use with a battery mower, please consider both run time and performance in determining which blades you install. Use of the 742-05177A-X S-shape center hole blades with this model will improve performance but will likely reduce runtime.
